We personally read every message that comes through, and we aim to respond within 2 to 3 business days. During particularly busy periods, it may take slightly longer, but we do our best to get back to everyone.

FloraGlowUp started as a personal passion project, and even as it’s grown, that hasn’t changed. I read every message that comes through this page myself, and I genuinely enjoy hearing from readers — whether it’s a question about an ingredient, a suggestion for a new topic, or simply someone sharing their own experience with a product we’ve written about.
